Sunset Silo Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sunset Silo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.
- How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter, participants must provide their email address and phone number and agree to receive marketing communications.
Entries that are incomplete or fail to meet the stated requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sunset Silo. Each person is allowed one (1) entry. Any additional entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.
- Prize
One (1) Winner will receive a complimentary two-night stay at Sunset Silo, valid for two consecutive nights from Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays.
No cash equivalent or prize substitutions will be offered unless determined by Sunset Silo.
The prize is non-transferable, and must be redeemed within 90 days following the giveaway notification. The Winner is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Sunset Silo permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner will be chosen at random under the supervision of Sunset Silo.
The Winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the selection date. Sunset Silo is not responsible for notification issues caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical errors. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited.
- Terms & General Conditions
Sunset Silo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt its operation. Participants who tamper with the entry process or violate these terms may be disqualified. By entering, participants release Sunset Silo, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications via email and text from Sunset Silo and its giveaway partners.
- Privacy Policy
Sunset Silo owns all data collected from the Giveaway, including personal information including but not limited to name and email. We use this data to manage the Giveaway, contact participants, and for marketing purposes, storing it securely under Tennessee law. Participants grant the Sunset Silo full ownership of Giveaway data by entering. Sunset Silo may use your information for third party marketing. Contact Sunset Silo with any questions.
- Governing Law
All aspects of this giveaway, including its interpretation and enforcement, are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
